How much does it cost? Can I use insurance?
I provide initial evaluations and medication follow ups. See services & fees for rates. I am currently NOT in network in my practice. My team prepares an invoice for the services you receive that you submit to your insurance provider.
I've already been diagnosed with a condition. Can you help me manage it?
